| Placing an Order |

If you are an existing member:
- Click on Log In (See bottom right hand side of the home page) or
- Click on ‘My account’ – See ‘Returning Customer’ and fill in your email ID and password
- You can now shop for products and add them to your shopping cart and check out.
- Remember to log off before you leave the shop (see bottom right hand side of the home page)
If you are not an existing member:
- Click on ‘My Account’ - See ‘New Customer’ and click ‘Continue’.
- Key in all requested information. The fields marked * are mandatory. Please provide your mobile number instead of home number.
- Once you provide all information, you will receive a confirmation message saying, ‘Your Account Has Been Created!’
- You can now shop for products and add them into your shopping cart and check out.
- Remember to log off before you leave the shop (see bottom right hand side of the home page)

- Must I be a member before I can purchase anything from the e-shop?

Yes. This is a standard procedure on all e-commerce shopping sites.

- Can I change or cancel my order once it has been submitted?
|
You may email us for any changes or cancellations. However, to minimize the incidence of cancellations or changes, we advise our customers to verify all information before proceeding with a purchase.

- How do I check the status of my order?

After logging in, go to ‘My Account’ and see ‘My Orders’. For custom-made orders, Aabarna.Biz will inform you about the status of your order. Email us if you have further questions.

- How long is a typical delivery lead time for orders?

For items that are available, delivery can be done within 3 working days. For customized orders, delivery may take 1 to 2 months
